Quick question

I was listening to a talk given by Steve Jobs at a commencement speech. He posed this question:
When you wake up in the morning, do you think to yourself, "if today is the last day of my life, would I want to do what I am about to do today?"

I have been thinking about this for a couple of days of now. I wrote this on a sticky note and posted it on my lamp next to my bed. I need to remember this when I wake up in the morning. So when it's time to make breakfast, I don't just give them cereal but maybe make french toast. When I get dressed, maybe I don't just put on the first thing I grab which is the same old pair of schlumpy jeans. Why do I even have these?? When I get ready to go out of the house, I put on the fancy lipstick- perfume even. It's the little kick in the arse that I needed to go from "yeah ok - I have to go to the grocery store" to "I'm going to the grocery store, and I'm wearing my go-to-hell heals."

  7. When I started feeling better I have been living totally different. I dont fuss so much over the house not being perfect and I make sure to take time for what matters. I also dont worry so much about completing the to do list. I find that life is a lot less stressful.
