What's Your Secret?

Your secret from Jean-Sebastien Monzani on Vimeo.

Watching this video and reading the responses at Soul Pancake just solidifies my thoughts that
we are all so alike in our quirky worlds.
I was surprised to read that a lot of the kooky things people do- I do as well.

My secrets...
I have conversations with my hens. I act out both parts though.

And like another person said, when I'm shopping and I accidentally touch clothes that I think are ugly, I immediately wipe my hands off.

One more, when I was a kid I thought I wasn't cool enough to watch
The Electric Company on tv. I would leave the room.
You can imagine my dismay when they started airing it on tv again.
At least I know my kids are cool enough to watch it
and that is a big relief.

  1. Great video!
On of my secrets... i sometimes dumb dance past the entry way of our home office to get my husband's attention, and the rule is that everytime i pass it within the same day and he is in there, it has to be a different dance... which has sadly resulted in various mutations of the running man

  2. lovely video!
I have to say I think it's absolutely adorable you thought you weren't cool enough for the Electric Company. I had a similar vague feeling about it when I was a kid. Plus my mom hated that show...

My secret - I have extensive, imaginary conversations in my head with people that I like. Many times I often end up having similar conversations with those very people, but just as often it's simply an inner dialog.

  3. @Cabin- that is freaky funny. I have it pictured perfectly in my head.

@Clare- I know what you're talking about. I have that same inner dialog going on and am surprised when they don't know what I'm talking about because it's already been discussed-in my head.

  4. lol I talk to everything too! Being cool is highly overrated! Well I guess I wouldn't know, but it has to be. ;)

  5. This made me smile. Not to long ago I did a similar post on my blog and I admitted that I talked to both my dogs and then responded as if the dogs were really the ones doing it. We all have our quirks! Stopped over from the blogfrog.

  6. I'm glad your kids are cool enough to watch it. Sadly you have to leave the room. ;)

I dance like crazy when I'm alone. I am a terrible dancer. hence the alone part.
